Parks Pass Terms of Use and Stipulations

Where you can use your Parks Pass:

• Your Parks Pass can be used at the following locations:
  • American River Parkway - All public access points along the American River from Discovery Park to Hazel Avenue (except Hagan Park).
  • Sacramento River Delta - Cliffhouse, Hogback Island and Sherman Island Accesses.
  • Sacramento County Regional Parks - Elkhorn Boat Launch, Gibson Ranch and Mather Lake Rotary Park.

Parks Pass Stipulations

• No Refunds or Replacements
• Parks Passes are valid for a 12-month period from month purchased.
• Only vehicles registered to address listed on the Parks Pass application may use the annual Parks Pass.
• The Parks Department must have a record of all vehicles using the annual Parks Pass. Please include up to three license plate numbers on the application or contact our office with the information.
• Any unauthorized use or transfer will result in its revocation.
• A Parks Pass does not guarantee entry into parks that are full and is not valid for entry to special fee areas or special events.
• All Parks Passes must be displayed from the rear-view mirror or placed where they are visible from the vehicle's front exterior)
